Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing

Campus Description
The Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing is located on the campus of St. Mary's Hospital, located at 1300 Massachusetts Avenue. Because the School is affiliated with St. Peter's Health Partners - the region's most comprehensive network of healthcare and community services, students participate in clinical experiences in a variety of settings including hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, physician offices and daycare centers. The School offers a Registered Nurse (RN) program anda Licensed Practical Nurse Certificate (LPN) program. Our mission is to prepare students for entry into the profession of nursing as competent, caring practitioners. We're proud to share excellent outcomes: Our students enjoy a near-perfect pass rate on the National Council Licensing Examination (NCLEX). Their scores have been consistently higher than the average pass rate in New York State.
