Campus Description:
Manhattan College is a private, Catholic, four-year coeducational comprehensive institution located twenty miles North of mid-town Manhattan in the beautiful Riverdale section of New York. The College has a handsome campus with broad lawns, stately red-brick buildings and a peaceful atmosphere. We seek both undergraduate and graduate students from a wide variety of social, cultural, religious, ethnic, racial and national backgrounds.

We offer over 40 major fields of study within our five undergraduate schools. Approximately 90% of our professors hold doctorates. We have a student/faculty ratio of 14:1.



Sports:
Varsity Sports, NCAA Division I: Women's: basketball, cross-country, lacrosse, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, indoor and outdoor track and field, volleyball.Men's: baseball, basketball, cross-country, golf, lacrosse, indoor and outdoor track and field, soccer, swimming, tennis.

Intramural Sports: Women's: basketball. Men's:basketball. Coed:basketball, floor hockey, golf, running, soccer, softball, touch football, volleyball.

Club Sports: Women's: crew. Men's:crew.
