Campus Description: Hartwick College, located in the city of Oneonta, NY, is set amid the northern foothills of the Catskill Mountains. Boasting 30 academic majors with several more specialized minors and pre-professional programs, Hartwick is a nationally-recognized liberal arts and sciences college. With a student body of 1,450 from 38 states and 29 countries, Hartwick provides an atmosphere of small classes, one-on-one interaction with professors, and a commitment to the individual in making them prepared for the 21st Century. Hartwick issues a computer system to every student, provides access to computer and telecommunications networks, numerous internships and professional development opportunities, and extensive off-campus studies programs. Strong financial aid programs keep a Hartwick education affordable.
