Campus Description:
Since 1883 Houghton College has provided an educational experience that integrates high academic quality with the Christian faith. Offering 40 majors and programs, the college has received widespread national recognition. Located on a scenic 1,300-acre campus in the countryside of Western New York, the college operates an equestrian center in addition to its modern residential, academic, and recreational facilities. Houghton attracts more than 1,200 academically talented students annually from across the United States and around the world. A comprehensive financial aid program benefits more than 90% of the current student body. Numerous off-campus and study abroad programs are available.
